Walk in the Light of the Lord

The pupils decided that this would be the school motto from September 2007.

It was a surprising choice. When asked why it was his choice a boy in year 6 said that light shows us the way and that is like Jesus showing us the way to live our life.  Very impressive thinking!

We are always happy to hear parents’ comments about the school, and we will often ask for you views and ideas on different issues. If you have any concerns or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us at school. The matter can be discussed initially with either the Class teacher or the Headteacher.

At Churchfield you will find the door always open and a staff who will always listen. Please let us know about any worries or concerns at an early stage so that we can respond appropriately.

If matters cannot be resolved, the Governors may be asked to intervene on your behalf. Where parents feel their complaint still has not been dealt with in a satisfactory way, their complaint may be taken further. Details of how to do this are available from the school office.
