Walk in the Light of the Lord

The pupils decided that this would be the school motto from September 2007.

It was a surprising choice. When asked why it was his choice a boy in year 6 said that light shows us the way and that is like Jesus showing us the way to live our life.  Very impressive thinking!

Churchfield school association

As a parent at Churchfield you are automatically a member of our Parents Association. This group meets at least termly to plan social and fundraising events for parents and pupils. They also contribute resources and equipment to the school.  In December a very successful Christmas Fayre was organised selling crafts made by the children amongst many other things.  Even Father Christmas came along doing his little bit for the environment by giving children baby Christmas Trees (donated by the Forestry Commission).

Everyone is welcome to attend meetings of the Churchfield School Association, so we hope you will come along!
